A.N.O.A. Education Scholarship Fund
Purpose: To award an Arizona Narcotic Officers Association Member's child with a scholarship in the amount
of $500.00 for continuing their education after graduating from High School. This scholarship fund can be used
for an accredited college, university, or technical school. The funds can only be used to help with tuition costs.
Qualifications: Any High School senior who is the son or daughter of a current member in good standing of the
Arizona Narcotic Officers Association may apply for the scholarship. The applicant for the scholarship must also
met the minimum qualifications as listed.
- Be a current senior (12th Grade) in High School.
- Must maintain a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
- Must submit a minimum of three (3) letters of recommendation from school officials.
- Must submit copies of transcripts to prove GPA.
- Applicant must submit a written essay saying what their plans and goals are and why the applicant should
receive the scholarship. - Application must be submitted and received by the A.N.O.A. Board of Directors no later than March 15.
- Applicant must also complete an A.N.O.A. Scholarship Application Form. This application form will be
provided to A.N.O.A. members who request an application for their child in writing.
